Do you know some ways to re-target bounced traffic?

Sitescout. Get 5 banners and test which banners convert best.

Sitescout has made me tons of money. ANd I mean a ton.

Set up the retargeting pixel on the pages which get bounced. Add banners in sitescout to get them to come back and that is it. No other way to retarget better than this approach.

adroll gets more impressions but has a higher CPM.. If you can afford paying more per click adroll is better

Try Facebook target audience or other ad server for retargeting as long as you setup tracking pixel.

google double click or Google remarketing works good too
