I wonder how can I re-organize / or give a structure to javascript files like on the picture.
I have knowledge of modifying Javascript language & scripts, but its not that I have knowledge of how to write one or something; I can engineer in it, but I wonder ; how can I find a pattern in such a mess....
I tried breaking up all the functions & put some whitespaces between them, but always gives an error....
    any suggestions?

You can open this file at Netbeans and click "Format code" in the context menu.
