how to rate several times?!

Hi!
I dont even need a bot, i just had this idea:

Is it possible to change somehow my mobile identification, to rate for example in the market several times on the same app? this could be useful for ANY rating app as well...
Like running android on my PC and change the identification...

Any ideas? im new to mobile marketing...

On your android phone, setup multiple accounts, therefore you can simply hit a button and change your account and re-comment.

You can do this with paid apps, buy the app one time, then rate it with 5 different accounts on your phone. I know this works because I do it, will it be fixed, who knows.

It can be done if you get 9 more friends to do it for you. 5 ratings per account.
May be you use 10 different mobile numbers for that.

I have two strings which are used to store time in the format hh:mm.I want to the compare these two to know which time is greater.Which is the easiest way to go about this?
