The big factor in posting content on BHW compared to your blog is domain authority.
This forum has been around for quite some time, and it ranks number one for a wide number of queries.
So what you should do is look for low keyword difficulty and long-tail keywords and create posts with those keywords in the title.
Please keep in mind that if you post random keywords with low competition and almost non-existent content on Google, you might get penalized by Black Hat World.
The threads you post must be relevant to the discussion and add value to the lives of the forum members.
I hope you get what I'm getting at because you're walking a tight rope.
You're trying to rank keywords that, I'm assuming, are related to your service thread on this forum, but at the same time, you want to stay within bounds of the rules of this forum.
That's not as easy as you think.
So how do you fix this?Focus on value.
Focus on actually helping people who enter certain search terms into Google, and you will be fine.
