How to rank YouTube videos?

I'm searching for a little guide which helps me ranking youtube videos in google by doing backlinking.
I'm having GSA/Indexification and proxies ready for use as well as an BIG target list I just need to know how to rank them since mine where never be indexed for
A certain keyword even my onpage SEO wehre good and even if the video was indexed
but NOT for a keyword.

Please take this serious I need an "guide" badly
