Tier 1 links go to moneysite and other websites not your own such as wikipedia or something that has something to do with your domain but doesn't effect you by giving them links.(two links per article. Mix it up 1 moneysesite and 1 noname then 2 moneysite) Tiers two is more of the same but just to tier two and not the money site. Tier two never touches moneysite! hope it helps.
