How to rank Twitter comments replies

I want to reply to tweets and I want my reply to be first

What I tried:
I got reposts, likes, and views from the SMM panel to comments but comments are nowhere near the top and are at almost the bottom.

Any suggestion on what I should do, I need to figure out how to be first on Twitter. Also if you don't want to share it here you can DM me

I am also even willing to pay for something like this if needed, DM me...

You need to buy the checkmark (X Premium) to be at the top with the other ones

I bought on this acc, but it takes 3 days to deliver. You think after I have checkmark and get all this stuff from smmpanel I can rank?

avoid spam, fake news, post credible things engagement to not look like a bot account, Twitter coments are not related any more to who wrote firs, likes and retweets to get first now is based on account credibility the more credibility you have higher will go your comment, if you get too many corrections from communities, reports, tweet fake info, babes pictures your comments will never be at the top.
