You should work with cool onpage optimization & Technical SEO. It's important for ranking. Then follow some strategy for building link for your money site. Just remember, don't create any single backlink without checking that site. You need to check, before you put your link on that site, will it hurt or safe? Make a content calender. I mean, How much content do you have? How many days you want to return on your investment. If you have enough content and budget, you can post every day. If you don't have, you need to post step by step. But don't think that, when a content will be ranked then you will post another content. That's the very cheap idea.

Forget about web 2.0. Its worst method ever. It can be worth, if you can make it better than better. I don't have enough time to write here about how to create a powerful web 2.0 circles. But you can find it in BHW. Try to build quality and relevant backlinks.

Nobody can't say about that. Check your competitors, what actually they are doing for staying in first position or first page.You can understand how much backlinks you will be needed to create.

Its bullshit way to build backlinks. I already provide a great tool. You can do it yourself. Most of the fiverr gig sellers are providing spammy link and software base links. That link can hurt your site.
