You should search for YouTube methods here on the forum then review the ranking strategies suggested in each thread.
The problem with any one tutorial is they are probably outdated. Additionally, there are so many different strategies you can use to rank videos and grow channels with whitehat and blackhat techniques. The strategy you implement to rank videos will vary depending on your goal, niche, etc. so there can't really be a definitive ranking guide.
What kind of CPA stuff are you planning on promoting? What niches? Have a few hundred to spend on botting services or are you on a tighter budget? Tried ranking videos before or is it your first time? If you give me that kind of info here or via PM I can get back with links to helpful resources where possible, to put you on the right path. I think linking you to random guides will be unhelpful.
If you're completely new to YouTube and aren't sure what you want to do, read the methods posted on the forums from reputable members, learn about the kind of variables that YouTube's ranking algorithm potentially takes into account, research niches/keywords/on-page seo, etc. Probably don't buy an ebook or course; there's a tonne of free info here, you'll have to spend time going down that Rabbit hole yourself. Absorb as much info as you can, then start with your first channel/video in with a method/niche/objective you've decided to do. Then, come back with more specific questions
