It's called parasite SEO. It used to be extremely easy 4-5 years ago but became competitive. You should manually research ranking parasites in your niche. Google is filtering everything these days so it's going to be a lot of trial and error to see what works.

yeah that used to work a lot easier a few years back. medium, tumblr, blogspot pages would rank with almost no effort because the domains had huge authority. google has tightened that now, especially for thin affiliate or promotional content.
it still works sometimes, but the page needs more signals now. the content has to actually match search intent and look like a real article, not just a quick post with a link.
also those pages usually need a bit of authority pushed to them. even a few diversified backlinks to the parasite page itself can make a big difference. without that, most medium posts just sit there indexed but never climb.
