How To Rank My Website At Lighting Speed ??

O k here we go - First off, I don't know if I am in the right section - correct me if I am wrong.

I have an authority site on cosmetic surgery ( one I bought) - the main idea was to gather leads and sell these to plastic surgeons.

I had to change tactics due to a scam-seller who left me out hang to dry. I have now put in a cpa offer (trial offer on a product) to monetize my site.

At this point of time I am trying a video to rank ( can not post link yet but will gladly send upon request) and to get traffic thru this video. I think this will be easier then regular SEO ?! I did the necessary keyword research.

I want to get this website ranked - maybe see a conversion also - in order to SELL my site on flippa. But without convincing traffic this will be worthless ?

I need the money for other projects.

How can I rank my site soonest ?? I will buy you a beer for the best advise !

If you are that good in research dude, why didn't you read all about me ? greetings-belgium see Introductions section ''greetings from Belgium'' = today...so >> I can not post links yet ! I will end it my virtual friend, but you are the one that is a pathetic guy - asked you to read what happend AND WHY I could not get access to this forum - so yes I was registred in 2010 - see my Introduction - but NO I could not be thanked since I could not do any postings! - And I will thank those, who I'll see fit o k ? Sorry man, There is nothing which can work as lightening speed in current seo. Go back to 2010.
 
Give this guy a break, guys :) He asked for your help and all you do is talk crap, we are more than that :) Son, there isn`t a easy way to rank and if you really want a great working website to buy, it will be very costly. Start learning about SEO, link building and all that and start testing. Go for a easier keyword from your niche 1st and experiment to the top. There won`t be an easy road for you ahead, but if that`s what you want to do, you`ll get there.
 
Go manual and slow, Spend time on bhw as much as you can. You will doing good in few days. Dont expect anything overnight.

That is EXCACTLY the fact, let me tell you that besides my ''online efforts'' I am moving around with a ''mobile shop'' selling ladies clothes since 1986. 23 days per month getting up +- 6 am till +-15 pm and in the afternoon my IM so yes I am busy a little bit ;)
 
They say SAPE but you may only rank for a month or so...
