How to rank in Discover

Anyone know which factors can impact ranking position in Discover. I have multiple url rank in discover and bring back to website a lot of traffic, but sometimes it does, mostly don't. I tried to replicate the style of writing, how images appear, linking,... like the same success post but no result. From my perspective the discover works like randoming post.

1. Clickworthy and Informative title. (You can ask Google AI to rate your title on this criteria)

2. Initial traffic from Chromium based devices like Android. Social signals from Twitter.

3. Get 5000 clicks daily from the organic SERP and a long user read time (if you're using Google Analytics).

4. Schema, RSS feed set-up and addition to every page.

5. Good coverage of trending evergreen topics.

Now, some people might see success without following half of this but doing all of them guarantees 90% success.
