How to rank high on youtube SE?

Well, how to get a video rank high on youtube?

By default the search results are sorted by relevance but that seems rather inaccurate, especially when the search term was very general. 'official' videos are ranking very high mostly - they are having lots of views and a good rating but there are often some less popular ones with only 3-4 starts on the first page.
One thing that seems to work for long tails is just stuffing keywords in the "about this video" category...

So, is there any 'formula', anything else to pay attention to when submitting a video, any tips?

C'mon, theres gotta be a (BH) method!

Not really BH, but make the title of the video include the exact keywords you are looking for, and throw some links to the youtube video link

I dont think any one knows and those that say they know want a wad of money for it.
