What's the comp like? in short i use pbns and citations for all my local stuff works like a dream.

There is a free download book from plumber seo dot net. It explains a lot and has a deep American slant of course, but you should be able to translate it over to your way. Citations also seem to be a key factor.

There are a few good local guides as well.
