Hello!
I organized a seo-contest with some friends and want to rank my site fast, without getting problems with penguin.
What methods still work to boost the ranking quickly within few hours / days?

You are not really going to rank a new site fast without problems from penguin. Best options to rank fast is Sape, web2 spam, guestbook spam at a consistent pace.

Site is old, with one new content-page where I want to rank with. Sape took to long. Want to rank in 1-2 days!

Step1. Create your own private high pr blog network or go with one that is reputed, like one by BigBuddy on BHW.

Step2. Run some FB ads and get some likes on the fanpage. 100-200 a day will do for most niches.

Rank within 2-3 weeks, at the most.

simply, buy sitewide links => whitehouse.gov or fbi.gov

it will boost your rank
