How to rank Facebook comments?

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to rank a comment on a facebook post, to be the first and to stay on top?

I toyed with this on a small scale about 6 months ago and it seemed possible. I was just using 5 accounts on mobiles.

Quich nasty trick for you that i was doing, let say you have X product you want to advertise on fb comment, go do a research for that product and hunt only those who do paid advertising for that X product on fb, and comment on their post, this way your post will get boosted for free, lol, i'm out

It's possible. Just create some Facebook accounts and give some reactions and feedback to your own comment, the more accounts you play with, the results will be faster.

It may be possible use a smm panel and ask them to send some reactions to your post, and some replies then it may get ranked

It comes off as straight spam imo and undesirable, i wonder though what response he got in sales.
I actually do this to find leads, but i chat with people, i offer advice, add to the conversation, though I am more offline. If i ran an ecommerce store Idk how this would come off. Maybe if its some afilliate links.

Today I responded to a thread about D2D salesman and one poster said how much he hated them, i replied everyone needs to be sold something they just dont know about it yet lol. Looked though his profile and I listed three links he needed to use, as he was trying to repair his credit.

Plastiq to have his rent/utlities put on a credit card
RentalKharma to have his rent reported as a tradeline
Selflender loan to build credit and expand his report.

Ill make $20 max on it but more importanly gave me creative juices to one day do affiliate/blog sites.
