Hi guys!

You always write about good articles. But I have 1-month old site without any. I have few click everyday from google.
This site it's like a 'mp3 download site' - my post it's only a short info what is inside and download button. That's it. The site is nice and clean, with good premium theme, responsive etc..but in Yoast it's always red (which is understandable due to lack of content).
How to rank this site without loong 10k words articles? :D
I have 3 main competitors - they do this same things but their sites looks like fckin shit. But they have about 600-1.5million monthly traffic from google (according to similarweb).

So any suggestions? Thanks

You could simply use a "see more" to hide the 10k article. Just show an excerpt.

You can't rank without content, not unless you're the only one in that niche, which is impossible I think.

If your competitors are getting that much organic traffic use something like Ahrefs, Semrush, etc. to find out how they're doing it. Just copy/pasta their strategy and make it better.

Find out how much text your competitors are using. Match or slightly overdo it by 25% or so.

Add support pages related to downloading mp3's, find this using Keyword Planner or Ahrefs (I prefer Ahrefs).

Figure out what your competitors are doing, and beat em.

Go through the on page SEO technics followed by your competitors, and add some quality content on your website with proper keyword density.

All the best.

I agree with @hekke. You must check your competitors and see their content. With that information, you can make your content better than their content and post your content regularly. Target the areas that you should improve in order to get better results.
