Yes they are the same videos
Your question is a bit misguided - Panda didn't target any specific link building types or strategy's. It mainly focused on content quality (how Google describers 'unique') and the same is true for Penguin in that it didn't target any specific link building types or strategy's, it mainly looked at over optimization of anchor text profiles.
Everything that worked before Penguin & Panda still works just as well now as it did then - the only requirement is to use better spun content and diversify your anchor text profile which have been solid guidelines to adhere to for many years.
It's just that people started getting lazy / taking shortcuts which eventually bit them where it hurts - especially with the dependance on blog networks so many people grew to have - which still ranks websites just fine FYI.
If I see any service provider claiming their service is 'Panda' or 'Penguin' proof all that tells me is they dont actually know what they are doing or have any understanding of what Panda or Penguin actually means. A clear indication to Avoid.

This stuff is great. I'll stay up late to have a thorough look at these...great work...also I really hate it when folks ask if stuff works and all....its all about testing...

Yes they would but I would only use 1-2 per domain I was trying to rank.
I could do something around keyword research and competition analysis - this has been requested elsewhere already but I already have the next few tutorials & experiments mapped out based on requests I've recieved.

A VERY IMPORTANT POINT
The people that will benefit the most from these tutorials are the ones that take what they learn, give it a try and then test/develop the process further.
Once you have the foundation knowledge from these tutorials and are comfortable setting up the campaigns don't be scared to experiment and throw your own twists and turns into the mix and evolve/fine tune further.
These videos map out my general process - but I'm constantly testing other things and have a few different link building strategys in play at any one time and the results of those are used to refine the main process.
Don't be scared to get your hands dirty!
I watched your other video on your forum a few weeks ago. I found it because I was looking for something else and I was like should I waste my time. I am glad I did and Thank you for taking the time to create that video. I am going to watch this video when I leave the office.

EXACTLY, just look in the BUY/SELL section, you dont need to go very far to find those services making Panda/Penguin claims. Stay away from those services people.
