Who will see my articles on these popular blogs? Because a lot of people spamming there and my article will be not seen by many users. What kind of popular blogs we are talking?

Medium is the place, where everyone can publish own content.
But I have on mind private blogs.
Popular blog :
- own domain name
- good hosting
- good traffic
- good links
- top search results in topic
Getting link from such blog (with same topic) dramatically increasing search visibility.
So, you need very low amount of links instead of thousands.

You should have give the blogger nice offer also your content should be valuable.
You can offer nice amount of $$ or other links with same value to his/her blog.
Usually I am using second option, as I have a lot of other sites with nice traffic.
If you haven't any, only first option is available for you.
And usually I am just requesting blog post with link to site, what look much more natural,
when is written by blogger - and by this way, not possible to detect by Google.

Because traffic alone not increasing search visibility, what is main goal.
But traffic is useful to confirm your link authority.
Poor PBN's don't have traffic at all,
with more such "links" it's pretty unnatural and easy to detect by Google.
Especially, that after running additional algorithms, Google without any hassle will find next fatal mistakes.
As the results, such "PBN" is done.

You'll get hard time ranking website with a bunch of affiliate links, you should rather create a separate affiliate landing page for your offers which you'll then promote with your blog and other websites.
Also make sure to add enough content, not just short descriptions with affiliate links.

i have written 2500+ words on a microniche affiliate site with 3 post. but it still on 10 page of google and 1st ranked website has only 2 backlonks from web 2.0 sites and K.F is 4 on Ahref. What should i do now . My site is 1 month old.

First things first, good start - you’re indexed. Second, web2.0 backlinks being the only ones and the ahrefs KWD don’t mean jack.
For example, half-proper PBNs block ahrefs, so you’re not gonna find them there anytime soon. As for KWD, their numbers are generally WAY off on smaller keywords.

You should not have any on-page errors like schema errors and landing page errors. Write user friendly wordy articles with proper H1 tag . Choose your keyword wisely , Get back-links from quality website also Decide the reliability of posting.
