My product is very simple and there's almost nothing to review about it, but it has very low competition in google for the keyword. Since I can't really write much content about it as it's a very specific product but I do have the EMD, I was thinking of just making it an ecommerce store instead. The problem comes with ranking:
Should I just put make a front page with a long article about the keyword, then some random stuff about the general niche in another category and then have the store on the menu? Won't my site be penalized for the duplicate content of the product descriptions? Or should I just make it a standard site with a front page post on the product and then some other posts, without the store?
