How to rank amazon affiliate ecommerce store?

I imported all the product descriptions using prosociate and I created a nice home page. Should I run the product descriptions through a spinner or hand rewrite them? Build a few 2.0s linking to my store.

Also to the OP, I am interested in knowing how to rank amazon stores as well. Though my concern is with the content. I've read how people got their accounts shut down because the content wasn't satisfactory or value-providing to the traffic.
