User metrics are very important for YouTube. It is also difficult to game them while maintaining sustainable results. Stay away from Fiverr and traffic bots. Use real workers to watch the video, leave comments, etc. Keep it realistic and randomized. The strength of the channel plays a role as well.

For a low competition KW, you can use tthe same approach to rank in Google.
Just to clarify 'low competition' is less than 1 million results in Google SERPS, right?

As long as your ranking decently on page 1 of youtube. (Or in the first few pages, not sure)
Its a matter on onpage seo for the video, and quality/quantity of backlinks. Social signals can help too.
With most videos, a blast from GSA with a few thousand links should be enough.

I dint mean to hurt anyone.What's wrong with you? If you cant answer his question just pass the thread and go for other. There is nothing to yell at OP. Though his title looks wrong there may be some answers in the replies that may also clear your doubts.
OP, Just built some quality links around 50 and see the changes in SERP. From that you will get clear idea what to do. Then do social shares that helps you bringing real traffic. Between there is no fixed solution or way for this, you have to work accordingly. Until you start to do something you cant find the solution.

You can choose social media site. Because social media's people mostly like to see youtube video.
