I think you should change your goals, focus on quality content for the first 3-4 months, and start with building "quality" backlinks (focus on relevancy and sites with real traffic). Google is very suspicious to the new sites, also in order to get traffic you'll need to beat "old players" in your niche. I'm talking from experience..., good luck with your project

Do keyword research, do link building, learn how to index links faster. Learn what links are good d0follow or no follow and then set your goal and work accordingly. For traffic go with forum and qna.

You need a lot of traffic on your website and the best way to do that is to create blogs and things like that which are linked to your website.
People need to come to your website by the masses. The most important thing is to have a quality website of course, you can't be cheap when it comes to that.
