How to Rank a Static Sites in Google?

Someone asked how much I charge for an Seo Service. I say it depends on the niche.
Then she showed me a static site offering some services.
It contains 6 pages and very poor On page.

God knows why they prefer static sites than Wordpress which is very easy to configure and very good for SEO.

The competition is Fierce!
but the pages on the first pages of google are not SEO'd.. The niche is evergreen. I can even steal it. Just kidding.

Searches per month:

1st keyword : 6600
2nd keyword : 320
3rd keyword : 590

"2 words keywords"



I am planning to use other web properties then redirect it to main site.

or there is a way to rank it with minimal amount of time. (yeah, Clients dont know how much time it really needs to rank a site.)

And How much should I charge per keyword?

There's no distinction between static and dynamic sites, in regards to HTML. Wordpress and any other CMS out there renders to HTML/CSS just like any other site.
There's no "SEO for static pages" either. It's the same.

Are you in for the long run or you just want to rank fast?. The faster you rank (generally) the soonest your site tanks. Patience is a virtue.

I am ranking a static site which has a tough competition i did some on site seo then ranked it on 3 competing keywords. SEO is same for static and dynamic but you have to charge high if the competition is tough and it takes alot of link building. Charge low if you can easily rank it.

You know if the niche is hard to rank or easy to rank. Just charge accordingly.

Usually i tell clients that G is not my uncle's company so i cannot tell you how much time it takes to index it. I tell my clients that G usually takes 1 to 2 months to index, but if you want me to index and rank it faster then it can be sandboxed.

I actually prefer static, responsive HTML5 for small sites.
