How to rank a static landing page?

I ranked a simple static landing page in top 3 for my keywords. I want to do it again.

I did it by doing parasite SEO and sending huge traffic to it.

How can I do it again without sending traffic? Is there any paid service here on BHW? It's already indexed with an average position of ~28.

You need more authority, basically a few good links if it's already ranking #28,
There's nothing much to do in terms of on-page, just make sure the page is optimized (content, UX, meta, schema, etc...)
 
Use the right keywords, write good content, add meta tags, make it mobile-friendly, and get quality backlinks.

You can try boosting it with high-quality backlinks instead of traffic. A few strong niche-relevant links can push it up if it's already indexed and sitting around position 28. Also, optimize on-page: title, meta, internal links if possible.
Check BHW marketplace for PBN or authority link services. Look for ones with real metrics, not spam. That usually works better than fake traffic alone.

if it’s indexed at pos ~28, page got potential u just need authority boost now. traffic got u visibility last time, but to climb without it, stack strong links. hit it with high DA parasite backlinks, niche edits, maybe a press drop. don’t blast junk. few solid placements >> 100 low-tier. check marketplace, some sellers offer targeted link packages that help mid pages jump. drip slow, watch GSC for movement.

w landing page boost fr. if it’s already sittin around pos 28, just juice it up with some clean niche edits or aged links. parasite still hits but mix in some authority plays. no need to flood traffic again, just build slow n steady signals, let it climb natural.
 
Quick methods:
-Optimize technical performance (speed, mobility)
-Add more content for long-tail keywords
-Improve UX to reduce bounce rate

Nice job getting it ranked before. Since it's already indexed at ~28, you can skip traffic blasts and focus on solid niche edits or authority links. There are a few good services on BHW for that , just go for quality over quantity.
 
Focus on good on-page SEO, build some quality backlinks, add some helpful content, and make sure you submit it to Google Search Console.
 
Congrats! To push it up from position ~28 without traffic, focus on quality backlinks, strong on-page SEO, and supporting content. BHW does have paid backlink and optimization services that can help.
