How to Rank - A Quick Guide for Newbies

hi, thanks for the guide, it's very helpful. Just a quick question - what is an initial filler article, is it somehow related to the site I plan to promote (maybe without a link, just a name etc)? Or the initial one is just about the KW with the actual site coming few weeks later?

sorry, I read all of it and still have questions...
When I build my web2.0s, am I right that for the filler article I choose some very loosely and distantly related KW, post article and then in 1-2 weeks I choose my real KW, not a long tail and create articles for it this time with a link.
Is it correct? Or on second step I still choose long tail distant KW?
Also, should a KW be different for each web2.0 or can be the same?

Does it work today or the author forgot to update these parts? I had pretty bad experience with these. I know someone will try to be oversmart and say I didnt knew how to use them but however you use them sooner or later you going to get slapped by google.

It may be good for short term use and throw sites but never recommended for a site you put so much effort into.

this will take some going over and re reading. For the beginner there are many acronyms and terms and although you tried to define everything out, thank you, its still a lot to take in if you are not used to these type of conversations.
