When you build these blogs do you target keywords or just put up some relevant content?
Do you expect visitors to this Web 2.0 blogs?
If yes, what keywords do you target?Money site keywords or related keywords?
Do you take care of the keyword density or just do it randomly?
Should i link out to authority(but not competitor) sites? Wikipedia etc...

Just to confirm, you meant that both social bookmarks and comments should be 20 each or both in total?

I target long tail KWs I will not target with my money site which I know I can rank for easily in the same niche.
For example, my niche is 'Automobiles' I will use the KW 'Purple Fuzzy Dice which looks best in a Corvette' which has 20 searches a month. A page ranking in your niche helps you rank better in my experience so I make my Web 2.0s count.
I do link out randomly but I do not always link out to 'authority sites'. I will link out to a site which could be my competition in a near by niche. This is a bit advanced but to remove a foot print I may link to 'Bills Auto Repair in Scranton' and link out to my Article on 'Best Auto Repair in Delaware'. That way if I ever get a reviewer to visit my site or competition they do not know who made the link and also they are not direct competition.
20 of each tends to get the job done.
If you have 1,000 years to rank and are an expert at writing and KW research this will work.

I'm a Seo noob and newbie.
Just bought GSA SER but have not used it. Then I found out there are some many other tools I need to know/use such as CB, Proxies, Emails, GS, SB, KM, GIndexer etc
so far, i could only understand and follow you up to Step 4.
Plse correct me if I'm wrong about the outline of the scheme:
Create some web 2.0 (wordpress, blogger, livejournal etc)
Use GSA to do backlinkings to these 2.0
Link these 2.0 to your target webpage
In your step 4, you mentioned that GSA is not good at building 2.0 ... what do you mean? If GSA is not good, then I should not use GSA since the whole scheme is about 2.0??

The product I'm promoting has a short product life-cycle of <2 months.
Can I use your method? I read that Google Sandbox is preventing new websites from ranking at all.

None of those tools are required. I do suggest emails though, as they make things far easier.
GSA is not good at setting up Web 2.0s, but it is great at building every other link type. So just build the Web 2.0s by hand and then build links to them.
Your structure is close enough and will work.
Google sandbox is mostly a myth. New links get devalued for a while, that is all. So keep building links and you will be fine.

Yes to all.
GSA uses too much resources and has a low success rate for setting up and posting content to Web 2.0s.
Other tools like Senuke or FCS Networker does a good job creating and publishing content on Web 2.0s.
You can use GSA to create every other type of link except Web 2.0s.

I have 2 year old web2.0s but they are on different topic and URLs are also as per the topic(based on product). Can they be used for my present website(based on education)?

YES. That is actually smarter and will rank you better.
I have a few questions:
If I have 1 money site, 3 web 2.0 as 1st tier and Others as 2nd tier:
- how many pages of articles do I need to build each of my web 2.0? I read somewhere that 5 pages are sufficient. After that, do I still have to add more articles periodically and continue link to the money site?
- I read that to avoid Google detection:
- all 1st & 2nd tiers should not be indexed ie strictly no webmaster/analytics. Is this correct?
