Super Easy: Top 10 Results have no On - Page Optimization for the KW and are not strong domains.
Easy: Top 10 have a couple On - Page Optimization for the KW but they are not authority sites.
Relatively Easy: Top ten are all Optimized for the KW but no authority sites.
Medium: Top 10 has full On - Page Optimization and a couple (Maximum) Authority Sites.
Hard: Top 10 has more than three Authority Sites Optimized or three sites with an excellent backlink profile.
Very Hard: Top Ten has Six or More Authority / Strong Backlink Profile Domains.
Authority sites to me are large sites which are respected in the niche (Forums and highly regarded and large blogs, for example) or massive 'authority sites' like Amazon, CNN, MSNBC, Wikipedia, ect.
What I tell people to do (A few people have PMed me about this very issue) and what I do is I go past the top ten results to the top 20 - 50 results and see if those sites are optimized for the KW. If no sites are optimized and in the top 20 - 50 some sites a single page sites not targeting the KW, that means you have no competition. If some of the top 20 - 50 sites in SERPs are targeting the KW and have some backlinks, the authority of the sites on page one may be strong enough to prevent you from ranking.
On the off chance you find sites in the top 20 - 50 are targeting your KW, I would suggest you check their backlink profile and see if you think you can beat them. If you think so and it would be easy, those are easy KWs you should give a go.
How can i check the backlink profile of my competitors And what exactly i need to check i mean the number of backlinks or quality of the backlinks in order to outrank them?
cuz I think 70k searches is way too high
Can you please share some points about reciprocals i mean link exchange methods for us so that we can contact to other webmasters??
an I use the same web2.0s for multiple articles targeting different keywords on my money site? or different set for each one of them?
I decided to make a short guide on how to rank, and how to learn SEO rather than asking the same pointless questions which have been answered a hundred times before.

Great post OP. Very informative. I have two quick questions.
1. You're classifying keyword competition based on number of authorities in top 10. So if a keyword has 70k+ monthly searches with no authority sites in top 10, still the keyword will be considered easy? (cuz I think 70k searches is way too high)
2. Can I use the same web2.0s for multiple articles targeting different keywords on my money site? or different set for each one of them?
Thank you!
i have a question about ranking KW, if you are in Health care niche you can work on ranking such words like "health.healthy..." but what about news website, how can he rank ?
If you ever offer a webinar about this, I would be glad to take a masterclass from you.
Sadly I do not think I would ever sell a WSO style product. My 'secrets' are not that secret and I have shared most of them on a few threads. Another threads of mine, about treating SEO / IM like a business to bank, gives away one of my biggest ranking assets I use.
The information is available for free if you test and do some leg work.
