First of all I want to thank OP for creating this guide. Your timing is so perfect as I was looking for some easy to follow steps in SEO like this one. Anyway I have several questions if you don't mind:
1. Can you advice me a safe anchor text ratio to target? I got burned with this in the past
2. In your experience, how long long it usually take you to rank a medium competition KW using the steps that you laid out here?
3. I have lots of aged web 2.0 which has been used on a different niche before, you think I can use this web 2.0's to use on a new site? of course aged web 2.0 is better than a new one.
4. For a brand new site, how many links do you throw a day using GSA? I am thinking of making 3-5 backlinks a day using GSA, is this safe?
5. I have a penalize site which got deindex in google. Can I use this to 301 redirect?

There are a lot of options. WAC, Content Machine, ect. You can get content by checking the marketplace. A lot of good options exist.

1. Safe? Look at what your competition is doing. I have seen sites hit for 20%, and others go higher with nothing. It all depends. The only guarantee in SEO is that nothing is guaranteed. Keep anchor texts low. The rule of thumb was always 'only use exact on PBN links'. I do not agree with that, but in perspective if you build all of the aforementioned foundational links in the guide, you can slip in a few exact match.

IMO, this looks better:

"Check out the best Electrician Reviews here"

than

"Electrician Reviews" for anchor text.

The entire point is to link how someone would 'naturally' in a way that makes sense. Do not over think this step. Spamming exact match does not look right.

When in doubt, go with naked URL or branded for contextual links. Google will figure out what term you are trying to rank for.

2. For medium competition I do something slightly (Sometimes very) different than I listed here. I throw in .Gov and .Edu links, Aged 2.0s, and have a LOT higher filers on GSA. Some of the links I cut out entirely (Blog Comments, Wiki, ect) from Tier One.

For Medium Competition I am a lot more strict with how I build things. When you get into the Game of medium competition, the biggest assets are:

1. Aged Web 2.0 Network
2. Niche Specific Web 2.0 Network
3. Powerful PBN

Aged 2.0 Network are generic blogs aged AT LEAST 6 months. I try to shoot for a year plus. I also try to scrape for expired 2.0s and rebuild them.

I also build a pretty large niche specific web 2.0 network when building myself and not outsourcing work.

Then you have a powerful PBN. If you can, a niche specific PBN will be a lot more powerful. But in general, if you can only build a generic PBN, if you have 10 - 20 powerful domains and multiple sites you can pretty easily rank some Medium Competition KWs.

When you want to go after harder stuff the fact is you need to have contextual networks in place OR plan to outsource a LOT.

3. You can re - purpose a Web 2.0 Network. As long as the money sites are 'owned' by different people in Whois. Some people will call me anal, but if I am using a single network for multiple sites, I want to eliminate as many foot prints, and it works fine for me.

My money sites are all owned by 'real' people. Family members, my girlfriend, myself, ect. Different last names and locations. I am confident using the same 2.0 network when all of my sites are 'different'.

4. New site? I am a fan of either random velocity or progressive velocity. The method here for easy KWs is progressive velocity. Other people, like Splishsplash, prefer random velocity. I suggest progressive velocity because it is HARDER to mess up than random velocity. Some people see 'random velocity' as 10K links on day one and nothing for six months. As soon as the site is launched a lot of BH'ers blast with links. They do rank, but then their sites go down and they post 'How do I recover from a penalty'.

Again, only in my experience, SEO is not as straight forward as I lay out. If you have done SEO before, go with random velocity. Test and figure out what works with easy comp and then learn a strategy for medium comp. The problem most people face is they decide to go for a medium comp without having a process or network set up.

You have a network to some degree. So read the OP and filter out what is actually needed to rank. Check out the 'medium' competition plan as well from above. The reality is you do not NEED the 'filler' and 'diversity' links. In fact, with higher competition, I build foundational links to my home page and power pages (.Edu, .Gov, Audio Sharing, Review Sites, Press Release, ect) and that handles my diversity.

So the answer is, for newbies with easy comp KWs, go with low volume and be progressive. If you have a network, are not a newbie, and are going after higher competition, you can build as many as you like as long as you do not have a clear pattern or random peaks or valleys in link building that would become a pattern.

5. You need to test this. I have redirect and had the site tank. I have had a redirect and it worked. I am not the guy for this question as my limited tests have gone both ways.

You want to use unique content on tier two as well, so go ahead. Even if only heavily spun. You never want to use the exact same articles in any tier.

So you mean it is ok to use tool like Seo content machine for GSA as Tier2? Are u using unqiue content or spun content for Tier 2? Which one is better spun or non - spun for tier 2

If you used non - spun for tier two it would cost a LOT.

Some people with sites which are designed for long term and as clean as possible use unique, hand written content on tier two. You can do that if you wish.

Other people use spun on tier one with no problem.

I myself use spun content on tier two. You should focus on readability and being unique. If it is not readable it can be an issue. If it is not unique it WILL be an issue. Because of that you either spin the article or use a fresh and unique piece of content written by a person.

And what for example if they black SEO you? Is there any way to fight that back?

Are you having any trouble getting your tier 2 contextuals indexed? Most of the indexing tools do not seem to be working anymore. Are you relying on social signals to get your tier 2 pages indexed?

And are 301 from expired / expiring redirects still working? I am planning to test 301 redirects shortly and would sure appreciate your views on this.

Do you have images or videos embedded in each web 2.0 / contextual GSA SER spam? And are you using a indexing service - or just building more links and social signals to each contextual SER article?

I sure would appreciate your help. I am having a hard time getting contextuals indexed

If you mean Neg SEO, honestly, the only time I had that happen my rankings improved.

Google is not stupid. Unless the person blasts your site with your KWs, google knows it is spam from someone else.

I will reply to the issue of indexing with another reply.

As far as 301s are concerned, I used them three months ago and they worked very well. The important thing to note is you still need to do normal link building. 301s tend to push me over the top.

Take an article from another source. You want to avoid footprints if at all possible.

I add images to my contextuals where possible. Social signals and shares do the trick. In the past I have set up dummy accounts on facebook to share content to get it indexed.

The easiest way to get something indexed is to do a tier three of Bookmark and Comment Spam. Google will find it eventually. All of the 'instant' indexing services are not longer instant. It takes time now. It is the name of the game. Be patient, build a tier three and they will get indexed.

I stopped using indexers a long time ago because they are hit or miss. I fire up another tier if they do not index and they get indexed that way fairly easily.

It is a piece, Of the puzzle!

If i take direct pbn url that has links to my money site. make a url shortner for it and send pr3+ 25 or less obl articles, bookmarks, networkers, and comments, a few a day for a month you think this is good?

I do not spam my PBN links. Even the ones from a crummy site or network I avoid spamming.

If anything, I build a few web 2.0s which are very high quality and will put some shorteners to them as tier three. I never want any trace of spam to my PBN domains. Maybe because I am anal, but I do not see the need.
