I have an advertising account that has spent more than 1 billion, not held, not 10% stuck and I want to use it to grow BM healthier?

Is your account in BM or is it another account? Normally if it is in BM then that BM is already well developed.

You need to find people selling accounts and hire them to teach you how to stuff accounts into BM

Your account is a good account that would be very helpful if included in BM
 
You should add other accounts to BM, spend a lot and regularly, that's the way to keep your account sustainable.
