How to quickly remove music background in audiobook track?

I make video from audiobook, but sometimes it have instrument song in background, and youtube claim copyright, these songs interlock in voice.

Someones can help me remove it? I use adobe audition but when remove songs, it remove voice too

Sorry to tell you, but this will be pretty hard to accomplish if it is interlaced.

To simply get it to not be copy written by the scanner I'd suggest using an audio editing program.

For example in Audacity you might:
1. select the place where the voice is conflicting with the music
2. use a filter (possibly 'remove background noise')

Just mess with it. You should be able to separate them if you work at it.

Like I said, there is probably no simple way to do this.
