How to put website under video on facebook

Please see it via facebook mobile app. When click the video, it will open a new website. The header is video and the website is under the video. How to make this kind of post?

that's a new feature in facebook. i saw it before on facebook page ... i forgot how to do it. and its not a ad .. its just the new way of posting on fb page.. i will write down the instruction when my internet stop being a bitch and works properly.

You can try with a video or image that must be 1200*628 resoulation
