How to put these informational blocks in my website

Hi there, i am building an amazon affiliate niche site , while i go through my competitors sites i keep seeing these informational color blocks that goes well with the articles.

Ive attached a screenshot to show what i mean . I would like to know how this is done.. is this done through table labs or like aawp or something? or custom css? sorry for the silly question. Ive looked up but i cant seem to find an answer. thank you very much.
