no, links in annotations are only enabled for in-site linking. You can not link to an outside source.

Can we link to our Profile page....and in the Profile page we can direct to a outside link?Is that possible?

yes, when you make the annotation, you will see a chain link in the options, click that and scroll down to "channel" after that, you will just put in your channel and it will link to your page.

some 1 needs to figure out a bot that will let you put annotations on others videos ...

That would be hard considering annotation links are refreshed and disabled by the users. as well as having a specific code on each video. there is no way to automate that, let alone crack it.

im guessing because people are too lazy to type in an address.. i suggest branding the video with instructions to click the link in the information bar.

or you can ...
lets say its a music video
put as your annotation .. " Download This Song To Your Cell @ your"ringtone"url.com at the top or bottom for the whole length of the video
that seems to work better for me anyways and it can work for dating ads also or strip tease adult marketing
