How to put money into your AdWords?

I know many different ways of putting money into AdWords like invoices, VCC, CC, etc., however i am in BH and need constant change of payment source which is... 'time consuming' let's say. I want to hear other people's experiences if you dont mind sharing them, as well as a question about the Revolut bank. Revolut Bank provides this Virtual CC which you make in the app, and its valid for like 15-20 minutes or something like that. Would it work everytime if i just make another one for a new account?
