There is a plug-in called "quick adsense".

Go to "plugins" then search for new plugins, using the keyword "adsense."

I use one called Amikelive Adsense. Once you have the plugin installed and activated, go to your widgets menu, and drag the Adsense widget into your sidebar/wherever you want to put it. Input your adsense code into the menu and you're done.

Different plugins may vary, but that's the general idea.

yep there are a ton of plug ins that you can use. Or you can just go to the pages and put the code in there or you can also put them in the widget section as well.

If you don't want to use any plugin, go to APPEARANCE > EDITOR. Then locate the appropriate file depending on the type of them. Most will have a file called Single.php, then you can start from there to make the adsense appear before, middle or at the end of the post.
