How To Push Down Bad reviews in Google ?

Hello Friends,

I am facing problems regarding some bad reviews show on my keyword in Google anyone know about that how to push down bad reviews ??

Build 9 other sites to push them out of the top 10.
Blasting them with porn/racist links will undoubtedly drop them for a little while, but they could easily rebound stronger.

same title with modification and counter it .

Thanks for valuable comment but I want to know strategies after pointed points. Can you give me some suggetion after following things which i have done for my websites...

1. I have created micro sites..
2. I have created profile pages on the popular social networking sites
3. I have created Hub, squidoo and ning pages for my website.
4. I have created web2.o websites for our website
5. I am working off page & on page works on all of above got urls.

But concern is that negative ranking sites is following...

repoff
complainboard
pissed-consumer
scam found

when any buddy comment on above sites, these sites are pushing up automatically. So, i am irritating now
Can any one help me ...How i can pushed down these urls...

i dont think there is any proper way

1. outranking bad reviews with positive ones
2. Change company name and start over, make sure people dont connect your old company name with new one.
3. Trying to submit DMCA complaint about content stealing for forum admin if the content is located in forum "i wrote this review about that site and this douce is using it without my permission!"

You know well if my company is going a big brand name that i can't change my company name. So please suggest some other ideas.

Can you write a positive review on the same site,
if you can you could then build some links to the new good review url outranking the bad one.
