How to purposefully trigger a checkpoint of facebook?

what verification you referring too?


I need a way to trigger account verification by preforming an action. I used to be able to do it by adding and deleting an email.

If you have any ideas about how you reach this verification requirement, please let me know.
 
why r u trying to lock your accounts tho?
 
did you used other ip address and change device. you should keep one ip for facebook account.
 
You can try logging that account with a different IP. To show Facebook that it's not you

maybe try commenting a lot, spamming the site, adding a lot of people.

Post the offending/sexual images on that profile/Click forgot password and fill in incorrect information several times
I think any action that makes FB feel like someone hacked your profile, the checkpoint will come
 
To enable this, I usually change my password, then Facebook will ask me to verify like this
 
This is when you log in abnormally, it will temporarily lock this account to confirm if you are the account owner, and entering the correct information will reopen it.
 
There are many types of checkpoints, please restart the page to check the code, it will be much easier for you
 
I often get this error when I log in to a new account and log in again, you can try this
 
Logging in from different locations within a short period of time will raise alarms

For this just click on start and verify with email or phone number and it will work. As for other ways, I think there is no other way, because I don't want that to happen again, so I have to delete it. phone number or email out of your account, but for security reasons you must add a phone number or email there to prevent bad guys from illegally entering your account, otherwise it will be very easy to be hacked. . . lost that account to hackers
