What is the best way to transfer ownership of a twitter account?I have never bought one before so I want to make sure that I do it correctly and with the least amount of risk involved

Just change the email address I suppose, and email the password to the new address.

Just change the Email & Password... If its Phone Verified , Remove that & Add your own... Step by Step Change the Name Also If you want.But Dont change all at a time...
