How to purchase someone's domain?

So i want to purchase a domain name. Unfortunately, it's already used... But the thing is, it was registered 10 years ago and i been checking it for like 2 years and there's just a page colored orange for 2 straight years lol Which makes me think the owner doesn't need the domain.

Are there any agencies that can help me contact the domain holder and purchase it?

Find the domain registrar name via who.is and if it registered with Godaddy or Namecheap then you can try to buy that domain via marketplace.

Check the whois and email them if they are interested to sell. There's nothing much more you can do. The brokers would do the same so its advisable to contact the owner yourself before going to brokers.

Don't be skeeeered - go on and contact the owner and ask them!
The worse that can happen is they tell you it's not for sale. :yield:

In the meantime you'll be saving yourself an "agency" fee (or commission)
so pat yourself on the back! :rock:
