I see plenty of posts on "Micro Niche Websites- 1000$ a month!","EMD GOOD ADSENSE" "1 for 24 Dollars!"
I've never bought a site so what am I supposed to receive lets say I purchase one? Some special type of code or something that gives me proprietorship? And how would the revenue from the ads work ? How would it be transferred to my paypal account from his or whatever? These may seem like rudimentary questions but I am extremely new here. Thank you

Don't fall for these kind of sellers. Usually you'll get a very basic build website with a few articles and that's it. You'll have to rank the website in order to make the promised "$1000 a month".

They are selling "POTENTIAL" $1000 a month sites, not Guaranteed. Keep that in mind.

Sounded too good to be true, but when you purchase a site, what are the "keys to the house" that they give you?

Don't waste your money. You won't earn any where near $1000 per year never mind per month. If you really want a good KW then I'll give you one. Just make your own site with it after buying an EMD. There you go, my first giveaway.

Learn to make a website, get an idea on how keyword research is done. Register your own domain and get started from there.

On flippa they generally made an standard agrement which both party needs to agree.. and they hold your payment untill you update that you git the domain and website,then they release payment.

Reality check: Would someone sell something making him $1000 a month in a short time for a lousy $24? No!
Would someone spend time to sell sites for $24 if he'd make thousands a month of passive income? No!

Even worse, most of these sites are pure duplicate content, so you pay for a medicore domain name plus some free template and few "public domain" (or stolen) photos. Not a good deal.
