Nothing. If it's online, it can be copied.
You can disable right click, select, copy/paste, view source code, etc. but that doesn't stop the tech-savvy people.

You can try to disable copy, but it's useless anyway. There a lot other way to copy your text. Why bother thought, the important thing is your site ranked and earn you money. If competitors want to steal they still need to rewrite it. Otherwise let Google do the job

Once your content online, it automatically belong to public.
No. Nobody have cancel copyright. But it's very hard to protect your content in the internet
When you have parked your car on the street, that does not mean than your car is public. But with your permission somebody can drive it. Same with the blog content
