How to protect myself from Facebook?

In addition to good compliance on the page; You should let multiple facebook accounts manage (as full administrators) that page to avoid risks for the page. If this account has a problem, you still have another account to manage the page.
We usually leave at least 3 accounts as administrators for each page.

The way to survive long is to follow their policies and keep updating with their new updates and changes.
 
Those clean and healthy BM accounts are the ones that collect money so you can run ads. Use real user information so that the network's advertising account has a high limit and spending history.
 
Be careful with everything you do. Because Facebook's detection system is brutal. Your account can be locked instantly just because of a small mistake.

I think you should add a backup account to your business page to avoid being blocked
create a good spending schedule and pay in full you will limit being banned
 
Avoid deleting pages and stores, as it may trigger more scrutiny. Focus on high-quality products, fast shipping, and good customer feedback to maintain a high page quality score. Use multiple BM accounts, warm up new pages before scaling, and keep ad copy compliant with Facebook policies.
 
Take advantage of the old page to post content to build freetraffic. That side can extract files from the old Page to get data to run ads on the new Page.

stay within the rules - dont break tos
 
Creating a fanpage, expanding it, then deleting the page and store will be very time-consuming for you and it is not a reasonable and sustainable approach, it can affect the account quality score.
 
You can lock your Facebook profile as follows:
Step 1: Access Facebook on your computer > Select Personal Page > Select the 3-dot icon.
Step 2: Select Lock Profile Protection.
Step 3: Select OK
 
you should follow the rules and not break the rules, however you should let multiple facebook accounts manage (as full admin) that page to avoid risks to the page. If this account has problems, you still have another account to replace
