I am brand new to flip website.

If I don't want to publicize domain name, can I do that at Flippa? How much will cost for that?

I have some sites that make money every monthly for couple of years. I want to sell them.

Since I am new to this, don't want to publicize these domains in case I didn't sell them.

What's your suggestions?

use the privacy option, with url hidden. Cost 30$. Then you release domain name only when people sing a nda, after you approve them.

What's general rule when you setup your "Buy it Now" and "reserved price"? So I won't set wrong price point.

Also can you change price for "Buy It Now" and "reserved price" later?

Depends how much you want for the sites. Don't set the buy it now straight away unless it's low end (<$1000) if you're not sure how much it's worth.

I never use a reserve, but we have quite a big following so our auctions get a ton of exposure anyway. Not using a reserve and starting at $1 will get a lot of action and bids which is a good thing.

You can increase/decrease the BIN price whenever you like. Same goes for the reserve price (unless it's already reached reserve).

Good luck!

Thanks very much for insight.

So I plan to start low price without reserved. Later on I can set reserved price if auction might not go well without losing the site.

Also I can add "buy it now" later if situation needs.

If I add these stuff later (not initial auction), I will pay extra or not?

If I start $1 without featured listing, can I get lots of exposure?

Thanks for your help.

No, to be clear ... you can't add a reserve once it's reached reserve so add one to start if you're worried.

Adding a reserve and BIN is free - no extra costs involved.

To get exposure you either need a lot of bids (hence starting low) or featuring to be on the front page.

HTH.

you can also remove the listing if it didnt sell it costs around 100$
