how to properly use mass planner for pinterest

im not quite sure if i dont understand pinterest or understand mass planner for botting

beside for liking and following, how do i properly use pinterest with mass planner

currently i followed 2k
liked 2k

but only have like 75-125 followers (havent checked in a bit)

i know on instagram i follow 1000 and usually get 500 followers
why such a bad conversion on pinterest

and so far its driving me no traffic......
