How to properly use a VPN?

I recently started using a VPN. mainly for paypal usage. However i am a complete noob in proper handling of it. I am completely confused about how to properly use it. So here are my questions.

1. What is the actual difference between a VPN and a VPS?
2. Which one should i use? adaptive, UDP or TCP? I have been using adaptive .
3. It shows me that it is connected to some ip address through some other ip address. (i have no idea what that means)
4. When i connect through my vpn and check my ip online it shows me what i am looking for - a US ip address. So now i can use that to open paypal. However when i use that to open payza they say i cannot open an account in my state.

Now if payza knows that it is not US then wouldn't paypal also know that? Can someone please help me out with some info here? I have been struggling with this for 2 months now.

I hired a few VPNs and found that they must've been on various block lists. I suspect big sites are blocking entire Ip blocks.

PayP........ I just use VPN Ips close to where my account was opened .. I have no problems using it.

vps basically just gives you one location IP .. Where VPN services offer addresses all over the place .. So you can be from all over USA , uk or australia for a pretty low price.

I asking this question because paypal saw that i was loggin in from India regardless of me using my VPN. They are asking me to verify my phone no. again. I am so fucked right now.

Connect to a VPN on your main operating system. Boot up a virtual machine and then connect to a different VPN, configure your browser (the vm one) to use a proxy server.

Bro u stated that it was payza that detected the VPN, not PayPal.

TO clarify, Payza is not available to USA anymore. IF you use VPN and IP from US, that's why Payza not accepting US. Just use other IP locations beside US.

yes. Thats why i am testing my VPN's with payza right now.
