I have a website where I need user to become members of my site. They should give product reviews/suggestions/feedback/discussion on that platform. What kind of keywords should be used for this kind of site? Site is about cars reviews/feedback.

Suggest some strategy for this kind of work.

ppl will become member of your site if its interesting enough.

if you want to make your site look active, well you could pay some ppl to get it going

Maybe to begin with you shouldn't make membership a requirement before people can contribute to the site - if that's the case at present?

As black101 said, people will join the site if it is interesting - having quality and regularly updated content is important for that so you should make it as easy as possible for visitors to make a contribution.

Once you have enough content and gain some traction you can begin to work on attracting people to sign up.

I think you can offer some stimulating bonus for the signup there, say $5 coupon or something.

Add a twist to that and say that if they sign up, they will participate in a draw to WIN A FREE IPAD!! Of course there is no free ipad.. unless you are a particularly nice guy ;)

You could only encourage visitors to register in your website if they are really interested in your niche. And that if your website has good and very interesting content.

Put some interesting things in you website that can catch the attention of the people like new cars invented, updated news in the world of cars or so on. Or let the people post their picture or comments in your website but before they do that, they need to register first in your website.

Make it look interesting, Prepare a pretty decent home page. Do some social promotion. When you start seeing some users, keep 'em busy with lots on intersting stuff. Your network will be built soon.

Paying a guy for it won't help until unless you yourself find out how you want visitors to stick to your website. Make it something which attracts people.

You have a website and you are asking people for the way to get you customers. Mate i would say, talk to your staff. Make it look attractive, put something that will force them to register there or a a content locker
