Don't waste your time on this unless you are very experince with SEO, FOREX is one of the most competive niche nowdays. average PPC click will cost you between 5$-15$ per click, this is why the CPA offers are paying well because it is really hard to get a good traffic. also there are big regulation problems with USA traders. I suggest you to stay away from it (before you will lose 1k-2k in PPC campigns. the write way to do it is to offer some good service product related to forex and collect opt-in list or put CPA offers in your website. but you will have to find some advance blackhat ways to drive traffic. unless you can create a website with over 300K uniuqe pages with over 30K relevant backlinks.
