There are countless number of groups. I have yet to come across a group that charges money for posts, but if some groups really do that, many don't. You can target those groups

You can join other groups related to your niche and try to participate in them. You can share some content and win the trust of admins to cross post in their groups. I don't think there is any other way except paying the admins.

I think there is no limit. As long as you follow the group rules. Anw I tried to push 10+ comments before (followed strictly the group rules) for 1 month then still got banned. So I suggest finding as many groups as you can to back up

If your audience is not very large, you can try to communicate with the group members one by one. Otherwise, I'm sure you will be banned from the group. Have you considered offering a small amount of money to the group admins?
