How to promote web site that works like Question&Answer ? Help

Yesterday I bought org Domain with keyword on Bosnian Language Pitanje = Eng Translation: Question
I made translation of Q&A theme also on my language.

My work so far was :

-Theme Setup
-WordPress Plugin Installation
-Adding Site on Google and Bing Webmaster tool
-Adding Site on Alexa
-Adding in Google Analytics
-I have connected site with Facebook Fan Page, Twitter Account, Tublr and Yahoo
-And site ping

How can i promote this sort of site in my country I need big help also SEO answers will be good to I will update my work here so on my expirience someone can find also help in future

First thing to do is get content in there. Start posting like thousands of questions. Hire someone to come back and start answering them. This is the next step you should take.

So i need to add fake accounts and post questions ? Can i do that work by myself for example with fake accounts, can it be negative thing for my site SEO ?

I have worked with a Q&A site owner. I don't want to disclose the website, but it ranks for numerous keywords. He used to hire me for writing questions and answers. I remember, I wrote 2000 questions and their answers in a month. So, I suppose, you should include as much content as you can.
